Fitness is becoming more popular at Atmosphere. Adding to our yoga and diving, we now offer circuit training at Atmosphere several times per week, with our certified Personal Trainer Joel Teves Silot. Classes are held on the treetop platform overlooking the sea and with a nice breeze to cool you off.

Everyone is welcome – classes are good for all levels, and intensity will be based upon fitness and experience. Classes include body conditioning resistance training, weight training and high intensity aerobics to build strength and muscle toning.
