Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are for Direct Bookings only. For detailed Terms & Conditions, in particular referring to our domestic and international travel partners, please contact your sales agent or sales@atmosphereresorts.com.

Domestic bookings

Payment terms: We will require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation, and the remaining 50% directly upon arrival

Cancellation: The booking can be rescheduled one time, minimum of 31 days before arrival. Changes occurring within 30 days of arrival will incur a loss of the 50%. The new date has to fall within 6 months of the initial stay date. The rate will be adjusted if we have increased our room rates between the old and new booking dates.

Local bookings from guests in Negros Oriental (with or without the ONE card) will follow the same payment and cancellation terms as other domestic bookings.

International bookings

Group bookings

For any bookings requiring more than 5 rooms, special conditions apply, please contact us for details. This applies to bookings that are made directly with us, via an agent, through our online booking engine and on an OTA.

No show & refund policy

No show charges shall be equivalent to the total room charges for the entire length of stay.

Payment instructions

We do accept payment either bank deposit, telegraphic bank transfer, via Wise, Gcash or via credit card. Our Invoice amount is NET of any bank charges – if payment via credit card, please be informed of additional charge to be added on top of the amount. The amount that Atmosphere Resorts & Spa receives should be equivalent to the amount required for your reservation. We accept payment in several currencies, please contact us for details.

Travel insurance

Atmosphere highly recommends travel insurance for all guests, to cover any disruptions that affect travel, health & all activities at Atmosphere, diving included. You or your insurance must shoulder the costs of cancellations, delays, losses and disruptions caused by reasons outside of Atmosphere’s control or responsibility. This includes but is not limited to: Weather, health problems, family emergencies, lost luggage, cancelled or postponed flights and other unforeseen events that change travel plans and/or cause financial losses.

Atmosphere can provide documentation to support your insurance claims upon your request, however it is your responsibility to insure yourself or your group against these possible losses.

Travel requirements

Kindly note that guests arranging to travel to Atmosphere Resorts & Spa are responsible for obtaining the correct and valid travel documents that are required before arriving to our province of Negros Oriental. Whilst we are happy to assist you, Atmosphere Resorts & Spa cannot be held liable if a guest is not eligible to travel to Atmosphere Resorts & Spa or fails to process their mandatory travel documents.
