Facing the sea, Breeze and Ocean restaurants are open air venues with show kitchens, showing the chefs at work. With two atmospheric restaurants, two bars, a glass-walled wine tasting room and multiple low-key venues, we aim to create a flexible approach to dining. Guests at Atmosphere ares very much involved in creating their dining experience.

Our Flexible Dining Venues
Breeze
Breeze is Atmosphere’s light and airy all-day dining restaurant. Seating up to 90 guests, Breeze is a great place to start the day with its spectacular views of the pools, beach and ocean. A complimentary breakfast is offered from 6am until 9.30am, followed by an all-day menu offered all day until 10pm. With an open show kitchen, guests can interact with the chefs whilst choosing the ingredients for their Asian wok or selecting a local snapper for the grill. The purpose-built wood-fired brick oven cooks the best pizzas on the coast. A large selection of Filipino and western favourite dishes are available and many of our meals are vegan or vegetarian. Ocean
Ocean, our fine dining restaurant, overlooks Apo and Siquijor islands. Ocean as a venue has its own menu, featuring an incredible selection of Filipino fusion fine dining. Combining Filipino favourites and classic international cuisine to produce a unique fine dining experience, we are certain your taste buds will be dazzled.
Ocean restaurant is available for pre-booked guests only, and we ask that you reserve your spot the day before. The glass-fronted kitchen allows you to watch our chefs at work, and the adjacent wine tasting room will tempt you in for a wine tasting session with our wine connoisseur. Highly recommended before your fine dining experience!
The Ocean menu can also be had if you chose to indulge in private dining on the beach or in the treehouse.
When dining at Ocean, we ask that you are fully dressed, but formal attire is not expected.
Poolside Bar
Our poolside bar is also open for guests who wish for a leisurely eat, with delicious cocktails, Italian coffees, fresh juices and shakes on offer. The bar has its own separate Bar snack menu, but guests are also welcome to take their regular meal here.
Bakery
By the family pools and the technical diving centre, our chefs at the Bakery create elegant cakes, fresh cookies and fresh breads. If you wish to take your lunch or dinner at the Bakery area, you are welcome. This is the most relaxed of our food venues.
Treehouse
In our elevated Treehouse overlooking the sea, we offer private dinners for up to 10 guests. Alternatively, it offers the perfect romantic setting where you can privately dine with your own waiter, whilst listening to the breeze rustling the leaves of the trees. Let us know if you are celebrating – an anniversary, a birthday or an engagement and we can make your meal extra special!
Dinner on the beach
With your toes in the sand and a great view of Apo Island and Siquijor Island, nothing is more tropical than dinner on the beach. We offer beach barbecues regularly for all our guests, and private candle-lit dinners are always special (when the weather permits). Please contact us in advance and we will happily set up an unforgettable dining experience.
