Thursday Night is Cocktail Night

We love our cocktails, and the bar has an extensive cocktail list.It includes everything from a delicious Margarita (comes in 4 flavors!) to an Espresso Martini or a Negros Island iced tea and everything in-between. Our own Atmosphere Signature Cocktail – featuring among other things a Don Papa rum from Negros, fresh passion fruit and a dash of soda water is a popular choice that really wows our guests.

Each night is cocktail night at Atmosphere, with “Cocktail Hour” between 5 and 6 pm, where a select cocktail and mixed drinks are two for the price of one.

Thursdays are our favourite nights though, where we always have a live band playing chilled tunes and the whole management and dive team gathers to meet guests and buy cocktails for everyone. It is also a great opportunity to ask questions about your stay and activities in the resort, as well as to get to know our team.

Marine Life Presentations

Reiss, our marine biologist, is involved in many ways at Atmosphere, sharing his love for the ocean and the creatures inhabiting it. He teaches PADI scuba courses, offers Fish ID and Critters of Dauin Specialty courses and holds regular marine life presentations in the dive centre in the late afternoons. We also enjoy regular marine life presentations by IMR (Institute for Marine Research), a grassroots non-profit organization based in Dauin, that focuses on long-term research to protect coastal marine ecosystems. We aim to entertain you with these presentations 1,2 times per week, all year round.

The FRAGS event starts with a presentation outlining what the Functional Restauration and Growth Project is, what IMR’s role is, and finishes with a coral planting dive.
