ICAHS International Culinary Arts and Hospitality School

Rooted in Filipino hospitality and international standards, the International Culinary Arts and Hospitality School (ICAHS) prepares the next generation of chefs and hospitality professionals through hands-on training, professional mentorship and real-world experience.

Located within Atmosphere Resorts & Spa in Dauin, Negros Oriental, ICAHS gives students the opportunity to learn in a working luxury resort environment. From the classroom to fully operational professional kitchens and restaurants, students gain practical experience alongside experienced chefs while developing the technical skills, discipline, teamwork and professionalism needed for a successful career in the culinary industry.

Learn in a Real Professional Kitchen

At ICAHS, students don’t have to wait until graduation to experience the realities of a professional kitchen. Practical training begins early in the program, allowing students to put their learning into practice while working alongside our culinary team.

Training covers essential culinary foundations including kitchen safety, hygiene and sanitation, ingredient knowledge, knife skills, food preparation and professional kitchen operations. Students also develop the communication, teamwork and service skills that are essential to working in hospitality.

Certificate in Culinary Arts

Our six-month Certificate in Culinary Arts program provides aspiring chefs with a strong foundation in professional culinary skills, combining classroom learning with hands-on experience in a working resort environment.

Students train three days a week in the classroom and two days a week in our professional kitchens as part of the Early Stage Practicum, gaining practical experience under the guidance of experienced chefs.
