Occupancy:
Up to 4 guests. Please note that this is a room type primarily intended for families. A baby cot can be added free of charge. A child below 12 years old can share one double bed with the parents. Additional beds are not available.
Sleeping:
California king bed and two twin beds – alternatively two California king beds.

The Family Suite has a flat screen TV, lounging chairs, semi-outdoor bathroom with double sinks, corner sofa on the terrace, AC and fans, a rain shower, hair dryer, robes, coffee and tea making facilities, unlimited filtered water, mini-bar, vanity mirror and safety deposit-box.
Family Suite Overview:
The four Family Suites have enough space to house a family of four. A large luxurious room with plenty of space for two California king double beds or one double and two twin beds. Add to that a seating area with comfortable lounging chairs and a flat screen TV.
The large, semi-outdoor bathroom has double sinks, a rain shower and a pocket garden. Wi-Fi will keep guests connected and the terrace boasts a corner couch overlooking the lush, green gardens. This room type fits a family of four.

Penthouses
View:
Penthouses are elevated and have a beautiful view of the tropical gardens.
Size:
205m2 including a furnished terrace, spacious lounge, dining area and a kitchen, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Occupancy:
Up to 5 guests. This is a room type that fits two couples or a family of four, divided into two bedrooms. A baby cot can be added upon request. One extra bed can be added for an additional guest for an extra fee of 2200 pesos per night (2500 from December 1 2025). A child below 12 years old can share the double bed with the parents.
Sleeping:
Two California king beds with Egyptian cotton linens. A twin bed option is also available but only in the guest bedroom. One extra bed is available.

Kitchen with refrigerator, dining table with four chairs, comfortable lounging area with large flat screen TV. handmade eco-friendly cosmetics, rain showers, hair dryers, AC in the two bedrooms and fans in the lounging area, sofas and two sunbeds on the terrace, desks in all rooms, Wi-Fi, robes, coffee and tea making facilities, unlimited filtered water, safety deposit-box.
Penthouse Overview:
The four second-floor Penthouses are our largest type of accommodation, suitable for a family or two couples. The floor area of over 200m2 allows for a beautiful and spacious arrangement comprising of the master bedroom and guest bedroom, two modern en-suite bathrooms and an open plan kitchen overlooking a huge living and dining area.
The vast external balcony with views over the gardens has a comfortable seating area as well as two sunbeds. The guest bedroom can be made up with either a California king or twin beds. An extra bed for a fifth person can be made up for a fee.

Duplex Family Suites

Up to 6 guests. Please note that this is a room type primarily intended for larger families. A baby cot can be added upon request. Additional beds are not available.
Sleeping:
Very flexible! Two California king beds with Egyptian cotton linens and two twin beds, or one California king bed and four twin beds, or six twin beds.
Amenities:
Two Smart TV’s, Wi-Fi, handmade eco-friendly cosmetics, Nespresso machine & tea making facilities, unlimited filtered water, rain showers, double sinks, vanity mirrors, hair dryers, robes, AC and fans, charging stations, black out curtains, mini-bar, safety deposit-boxes, two corner sofas on the terraces.
Duplex Family Suite Overview:
Our three Duplex Family Suites are ground floor villas with space for larger families. The suites consist of two connected large rooms and have two bathrooms and two connected terraces with plenty of space for both children and adults. There are also two separate Smart TV’s and toilets, making it the perfect arrangement for families or groups of friends who want to stay in the same villa but not step on each other’s toes.
The bed set-up is very flexible with a standard set-up of two large California king beds and two single beds. Other options are six single beds or even one California king and four single beds. The terraces have two big corner sofas and views over the gardens. There is no option for an additional extra bed but up to two babies or toddlers can be accommodated.
