Anyone that has been to Atmosphere Resorts knows that our food is delicious, so it can come as no surprise that when our superb head chef Denver recently hosted a culinary workshop, it went down a storm. Said and done, an Atmosphere Cooking Class was on the cards.
So much so, that we now have two new cooking class experiences to offer our guests: “A Day with the Chef” and “Culinary presentation”. The local cuisine has so much to offer in The Philippines – who can resist a Kinilaw, a Bicol Express or a Mango float?
Let our chefs take you to the local market to pick out the fresh local produce. We’ll cook with you (and your family) in our Penthouse or Apartment and then you’ll be able to enjoy the lovely three course dinner you just cooked. Before you leave Atmosphere, we’ll make sure you get the recipes and a complimentary apron.
