Our outdoor warrior fitness gym

Do you prefer working out on your own? Our warrior gym, nestled in the shade of the large mango tree, offers a variety of equipment and obstacles like TRX bands, climbing ropes, battle ropes and monkey bars. 

There are also barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and much more that you need for a great session. If you’d like, you can borrow boxing gloves and yoga mats from the fitness reception to enhance your workout.

Visit at any time that suits you best to keep your body and mind healthy during your stay.

Personal training or group classes

Need a little extra motivation? Our certified personal trainer is available for private fitness sessions tailored to your preferences. If you’d rather work out in a group, you can join one of our classes in HIIT, circuit training, or TRX.

Yoga in a tropical paradise

Yoga is one of our most popular fitness activities at the resort. The elevated beachside yoga platform, nestled in the trees and overlooking the ocean, adds an extra touch of calmness to each session. Enjoy a class led by one of our experienced teachers whilst feeling the ocean breeze as you flow through your practice.

Pre-dive stretching

Are you a diver planning to explore the underwater world during your stay? Start your dive day off right with our daily pre-dive stretching sessions.  In our pre-dive stretching, we wake up the whole body, starting with stretching the neck and shoulders down to your toes, including some yoga poses. Pickleball in the Philippines

Take advantage of our pickleball area at ONE International School next door. Enjoy a fun and exciting game and stay active during your stay.

No partner to play with, or trying it out for the first time? No worries — we’ve got you covered. Our pickleball coach is available to play as your opponent or to provide a fun coaching session.

Explore Negros Oriental during our mountain bike tours

This is the perfect way to be active while exploring. Join our experienced guide on one of our many trails, offering various difficulty levels as you traverse the mountainside. 

With our mountain bike tour, you get to bike through the beautiful Filipino nature, with everything from a eucalyptus forest to small streams through the jungle and cocoanut plantations while giving your body a great workout.
