Artisan bread making – in the making! Bringing you a little taste of the Mediterranean this month, we have had a welcome visit from Manila, teaching the bakery staff how to bake artisan bread. Our bakery staff are now trained to the highest ability to mix, ferment, shape and bake a hand crafted bread in our bakery – for guests to enjoy at breakfast, with food and for desserts. So far, the Danish, croissants and pain au chocolats are tasting heavenly!
