Our talented F&B team has taken Atmosphere dining to the next level with the opening of Breeze, a modern beach-side restaurant and bar. With an open show kitchen, guests will interact with the chefs, picking out the ingredients for their Asian Wok or selecting their local snapper for the grill. The purpose-built brick oven will be delivering the best pizzas on the coast and the selection of Asian and Western dishes that guests have come to love, has grown to include even more flavours of India, Thailand and of course The Philippines. We feel these pictures speak for themselves – who would not want to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner with this view?
As for our other restaurant, it will be reopened as “Ocean”, and as a first on Negros Oriental, Ocean will feature Filipino fine dining with a twist. Open in the evenings and by reservation only, guests will find traditional dishes from different regions, showcasing local ingredients and flavours in a beautiful yet recognizable way. Our popular International fine dining cuisine will still be available.
