Yoga for Kids

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is that I teach yoga once a week at One International School, situated on site at Atmosphere Resorts. The kids range from three to six years old and it is incredible how receptive they are at such a young age to the yoga classes. As a PADI instructor, teaching entry level scuba courses is very crucial because this is when you make a difference as to how people will view scuba diving, change misconceptions if they have any, and influence their behavior underwater. Imagine our surprise when we heard the rumors that a rare pygmy seahorse had found itself a home on the Atmosphere Resort house reef. Below 30 meters (great for Nitrox divers!) on a pink sea fan, the hunt began! Our master critter spotters in the dive team soon found our new little friend, and he or she was indeed very small!
