Frogfish are one of my favorite critters in the seas, and one that I always keep an eye out for on dives. Luckily for me, being based in Cebu and all, Philippines has a huge variety of them. My three favorite countries to find frogfish are Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia, but they can be found, at least certain species of them, in many other places. On a couple of my visits to Dauin in Philippines, I ran into Daniel Geary, a marine biologist and underwater photographer, who specializes (and loves) frogfish.
