In September 2015, Atmosphere will be offering the second yoga retreat for this year. Choose between 3 or 6 days of yoga during the dates September 6-13. Led by our certified ERYT-200 in-house yoga teacher Rae Collins, you will incorporate daily yoga classes, meditation, presentations and healthy vegetarian meals from our new Healthy Living menu. Whether you chose a long or short retreat and chose to stay in the resort or attend on a day time basis, it can also be combined with other activities such as diving, spa, trekking, swimming and other excursions.

Cooking classes with Denver

As much as there is amazing dining every day at Atmosphere resort, many of our guests ask to know how to cook some of our favorite dishes. Head Chef Denver and his amazing team are very happy to share and will organize cooking classes for 1 up to big groups of guests. In July, we had 10 guests cooking Kinilaw (raw fish mar8inated in calamansi, chili and ginger) and Mango Float in the conference room. The results were very impressive and we look forward to more cooking classes to come!

Family Suite

Our luxurious 4-bed rooms opened for guests at the end of June and we are very excited by how much praise they have already received. The four Family Suites are Atmosphere’s newest room type with enough space to house a family of four or any four guests sharing the same room. A large luxurious room with plenty of space for two double beds or one double and one twin bed set-up, a seating area with comfortable lounging chairs and a 48 inch flat screen TV. Artifical reef

Using a small wash tub, concrete, and recycled wine bottles, our dive team led by Daniel created a small, eco-friendly coral nursery for the southern part of our house reef. We used epoxy to fasten branching coral fragments that were already broken and lying in the sand, giving them another chance to grow. If this is successful, we’ll create a lot more, this way saving coral and hopefully building even more new reefs in front of the resort.
